Anyone can set a goal, but only an optimistic and hardworking person can achieve it. Step 1:- Remove negative thoughts Before setting a goal, mindset has to be changed. All the negative thoughts/believes (impurities) has to be washed off. Just like an athlete who only focuses on the finishing point, always focus on your goal (tunnel vision). Visualize your goal twice a day. Best time to visualize is, within 40 min of waking up and 40 min before sleeping. Studies have shown this is the best time to register your goal in the subconscious mind.
